Backyard Baseball is a version of baseball played with a tennis ball. It combines the backyard feel of wiffleball with the playability of slow-pitch softball. Since there is less of an emphasis on pitching (think batting practice or Home Run Derby), all of the focus is on hitting and defense. Backyard Baseball is fast-paced and high energy, with tons of action on defense, and of course everyone's favorite: homeruns!
